Wow. All I can say is no longer the same. My family and several have used Mr. Ralph and Transmission Exchange for years. But, old man Ralph has released the company to very deceitful people. Warning to all. They have signs that show they take cards, but will hold your car hostage if you don't bring cash. They will quote a price, but then complain they should have charged more after they have your car. I have never been mire rudely treated. Do NOT take your car to them.
