They are living up to their bad customer service reputation They have bad reviews everywhere including the BBB. I wish I had looked at those before I ordered. It has been over two weeks and no response or action on my orders. My orders are still listed as "Awaiting Fulfillment". Their site said the parts I ordered would be shipped in 24 hours.
