Great customer service.
Took my vehicle in for transmission issue and sure enough, needed transmission rebuilt with some new parts. Customer service was great, no issue. Price was fair, no issue there either. Vehicle ran great. I did notice an issue that developed 48 hours after picking up the vehicle. Called them right away and they were more than willing to check things over and figure out what was going on. Fixed what needed to get fixed and these guys stood behind their work. Would NEVER take a vehicle to this place. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG MAN. JUST HAD A DIAGNOSTIC TEST DONE AND TOLD TO BRING IT HERE. THEY CHARGED $218 AND TOLD HIM TO TAKE IT ELSEWHERE TO GET FIXED. THEY HAVE A WHOLE LIST OF WHAT THEY REPAIR BUT APPARENTLY DON’T IF THEY DO NOT FEEL LIKE DOING WORK. WHILE THERE THE WORKER DID NOT KNOW COST OF DIAGNOSTICS AND WAS ARGUING ON PHONE WITH FEMALE. HAD CAR FOR SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE EVEN DID DIAGNOSTICS. BARELY RAISE A FINGER TO DO THIS TEST.
