Jimmy definitely knows his stuff. His 16 part video series is great and helped me in building a better than brand new transmission. I like how he used upgrades from Sonnax and Transgo which allowed me to build a “built” transmission instead of a factory OEM spec build. My truck runs and shifts like a beast now. Thanks Jimmy.
I don’t know about jimmys ability to fix a transmission. But I do know that he called to curse me out about something else from his work number, then accused me of stalking him. I’d be happy to chat with him but he’s so rude that all he wants to curse me out and block my number like a child. I’d be wary about doing business with him. Glad I don’t live there.
This is the best parts supply house and knowledge hub available to the shade tree mechanic looking to rebuild their own transmission. The videos are easy to follow, and parts are delivered unbelievably quick. Never would I ever have believed I could get through a complete rebuild "solo", but TB made it almost simple.
