The owner Mathew knows how to communicate with you on a professional level so you have a better understanding of the problem with your car. Unfortunately he does make promises he cant keep in determining when your vehicle would be done. Mines was a simple shift solenoid change maybe 3 hours max to change. They took 3 full days to do so and had me waiting in their office for 4-5 hours. First they said 1 day, then 2 then on the 3rd day 2 hours and it ended up being a full day so you get the picture. Excellent Service Excellent Mechanics reasonable prices i Highly Recommend Transmission Car Care Center.
Had my 2001 Lexus transmission done a couple weeks ago and I was skeptical but everyone over there were knowledgeable and friendly. They were able and willing to work with me and although I took long they delivered on their part beyond my wildest expectations. I got my transmission done before but it was not right from the start and eventually I had to rebuild it again. These guys are MASTERS at fixing transmissions.
