My father was transported yesterday from New Mexico to Iowa, a 20 hour trip and I can’t say enough good things about the team that handled it. From start to finish, they were outstanding. They kept me updated throughout the trip, were gentle and patient with my dad (who is in hospice care), and took great care in making sure he was comfortable. Highly recommend using this company if you need to trust someone with your loved one with any sort of transportation. We had to transport my mom from Georgia to Florida and I was in contact with the nurse who was on board with my mom, all day long. They made me feel very safe and secure, and that she would be OK given her Dire Straits and also the lengthy travel. She arrived perfectly. They were amazing! Highly highly recommend. !!

This transportation company definitely gives you peace of mind with their care. They made a 15hr trip seem like a breeze. The nurse Zachary was very communicative even before the trip began , and kept myself and my mother at ease during the entire trip ensuring we arrived safely at our destination. The drivers Alvaro and Junior were both very kind and helpful. The transport van was extremely spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend using them!
I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of medical transport. We were able to get a ride scheduled within 24 hours. The customer service was top notch. The ride itself was comfortable and the staff was extremely efficient. They allow a passenger along with the patient which is extremely convenient. They will stop for food at your request and have a television with streaming services on board. Nurse Carmen, Steve, and Kerri were kind and attentive, making an 8.5hr ride smooth and comfortable.
