I guess Im the only person who will not – My experience is that they are friendly but thats s about it... First tranny rebuilt, $3700. two weeks later back to the shop, something wrong and they take care of it, cool. 32,000 miles later back in with hard shifting issues, nothing found wrong, four days later towed back in and all of a sudden they can read the problem of the computer for another $2,100 bill. THE ONY PLACE TO BRING YOUR CAR FOR REPAIRS – In the past months I've had my 2001 PT crusier in for some major repairs twice. Rick and Harry are the only people to see for all your car needs. Their work is exceptional - their professionalism is outstanding and the price is competitive. Now with this type of shop near you --there's no reason to price shop. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ALL YOU CAR WORK. Oh and they also have great coffee. So Trans Masters with Rick at the helm is the place for me from now on.

Best place for all you Automotive needs – Several months ago,Rick and his staff rebuilt my transmission,it was done in a timely manor,and as quoted,no hidden costs,which a lot of auto shops are famous for.Since then,I have had him install an engine, in my other vehicle,and do the regular service to them both. I had a small oil leak in the new engine,it happens,fixed at no charge,no problem.Courteous and great staff,that know what they are doing.How pleasant is that.I strongly recommend this company,for whatever ails your car... read more
