Scammers!!!! Busted them claiming I needed a whole new transmission for over $4500 shady excuses as to why so I took it down the street to another guy which proved a clogged filter which was about $350…. Typical scamming scumbag stay away!!!!!
Stay away from this dishonest shop!! Went in to have transmission checked because fluid low check came on and trans pump was whining. Said he was dropping the pan to check filter but he decided rather to tell me I needed a whole new trans for about $4500. Said he dropped the pan and charged me $100 for “diagnostic” come to find pan was never dropped (I mark the bolts) confronted him on this and Figgured he was either inexperienced or just a crook so took it down the street and proved the latter as my new guy found a clog in... read more
I have a 1964 Studebaker Avanti with a 700R4 transmission. It wouldn't stay in park, and would snap into reverse. Called a couple transmission repair shops and they wouldn't touch it. Mike at Transmaster said he was familiar with the transmission and to bring it in. He found the problem, fixed it, did a service on it…and it shifts as good as new
RecommendedReliability and honesty is over the top here. No reason to take your vehicle any where else for transmission work. Quick turn around and friendly staff

I will never take my car anywhere else as long as Donnie and his guys are there. If you need transmission work you need to go to Transmasters in Wabasso first. I was treated right from beginning to end. It wasn't cheap but that wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for right. And I got what I was looking for here.
