Arrived 20 minutes before the appointment and they took 3 hours to unload i don’t think so they care about appointments , if their mood is good they will unload you fast if not they will make you wait.
The loading situation of the transport is very bad. Even after the appointment, your turn will not come after two hours and people outside get tired of waiting.
The service is also very bad. Even after the appointment , you have to wait for one or two hours and then they load it later.
