This service is way overpriced. I called needing someone to translate for 30 minutes and they wanted to charge $135/hour with a minimum of 3 HOURS (industry standard is 2 hours at a much lesser hourly rate, as I found out)! They aren't even local, and wanted you to authorize a credit card before they would confirm if they had an interpreter available. I found a local company afterwards that was super reasonable and had a whole different booking process.
