I went in for a group energy therapy session, how I felt going in versus coming out, I feel like a completely different person! The little things that would aggravate me in everyday life, they don't bother me now, not even a little bit. I was given guidance on what to do when the thoughts become too loud. Stephen was able to show me what my body remembered and how it was affecting me.

I had such an eye-opening experience! I felt completely relaxed and very comfortable and was treated with so much kindness. It showed that a lot of effort was put into making the room just right and I was given clear and easy instructions on what I needed to do.
