DON’T LIVE IT. NOT WORTH IT ! If you are working from home or having baby, live here will be super annoying. Every few months (3-4 months) they will test fire alarm for several days, for AN HOUR, so every 10 minutes the alarm will be super loud and flashing, it turns us crazy and bother our meeting so much. Uncooperative Landlord Renters beware! My experience with the landlord here has been extremely frustrating. When one tenant wanted to leave, we followed all steps to provide a qualified replacement, meeting all requirements for a lease takeover. Nice condo with an excellent location near subway and bus stations. Good neighbourhood without traffic. Unfortunately this condo does not have gym, pool or good playground for children. In my unit does not have parking spot either… but I love here and love my view to downtown!
