The new morning staff are both really nice and always welcoming! Have to mention the new supervisor though 😂 He always seems to be in a good mood and full of energy, always greets you, and is genuinely funny and easy to talk to. Such a terrible place to live,The security staff act like they're doing you a favor by letting you into the building you already pay to live in. Instead of treating residents with basic respect, they give you attitude every single time you need access. specially a girl she’s working at the night time. What's even worse is that they're often distracted on their phones, playing games, or watching dramas instead of doing their jobs professionally. Don’t listen to some of the ignorant and fake reviews. The building does come with a huge parking garage. The management fees are inclusive of Bell Fibe Internet, YMCA gym membership (which is way better than small condo gyms IMO). Maybe some landlords don’t disclose these perks to tenants somehow. Steps away from TTC subway station. Grocery stores nearby. I reside in a corner unit overlooking Canada’s Wonderland and it’s very quiet. A private bicycle rack is right at my parking spot. I don't live here but a few people I know do and I visit often enough to know that this place is lacking in so many things that I'm shocked it was built a few years ago. So much of the construction was done horribly. Bathrooms don't have any working exhaust which can cause mold. Water doesn't stay a consistent warm temperature, often swinging from hot and cold while showering. There are a lot of design flaws with how counters and sinks were built.
