I don't live here but a few people I know do and I visit often enough to know that this place is lacking in so many things that I'm shocked it was built a few years ago. So much of the construction was done horribly. Bathrooms don't have any working exhaust which can cause mold. Water doesn't stay a consistent warm temperature, often swinging from hot and cold while showering. There are a lot of design flaws with how counters and sinks were built. Crazy alarm shit is going on….
DON’T LIVE IT. NOT WORTH IT ! If you are working from home or having baby, live here will be super annoying. Every few months (3-4 months) they will test fire alarm for several days, for AN HOUR, so every 10 minutes the alarm will be super loud and flashing, it turns us crazy and bother our meeting so much. Even the building just built for few years lately but it really a poor construction, out condo have cracks everywhere, when we first moved it there were several random holes (for pipes or unfinished installation).
