Went to this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and ready to buy on March 28th. They had an easy guaranteed sale. I went to West Herr and walked out with my brand new 26 Ram that day. Salesman absolutely clueless and the management too. I have been waiting for an extended warranty rebate for almost 5 months. I was told 6 weeks. Been there twice since. My daughter is away for college and needed her jeep checked out (engine light and overheating). It was super easy to make an appointment quickly and online, and they were great with calling us with the repair to discuss that and next steps. We will have her definitely go there from now on.

After negative experience with lack of return phone calls, no response to automated message, then hearing that the website shouldn’t accept an appt starting at 5 pm..all poor experiences, my rep I dealt with when I showed up for my appointment was fantastic. Got me in and out quickly
