I go here all the time to have my truck serviced. Ryan my Service Advisor was professional and listened to service need, quickly completed the w/o and said he'd keep me informed. He did that. Would not recommend doing business with this dealership or Corey Collins, the salesman that sold me the vehicle. Over 6 weeks after purchasing a vehicle, I still do not have the 2nd key that I was promised at the time of sale. First I was told it was held by the title clerk, then I was told it was lost, but they wanted more time to locate it. Then I was told they were ordering a key and it would be there in a few days.
