Really zero stars! The worst! Listen to all the other reviews. Not only did they not fix my vehicle they cracked my windshield. They asked me to come in so they can see it and I brought it in for them to tell me they’re not paying for it. The service manager Maria said they never drove my car even though they told me they drove it 23 miles. Maria said those are stone chips. I said yes form whoever drove my car at the shop. Worst experience I have ever had with an auto shop. I came in to do my 30k service and the older lady at the front desk and the desk man and the crew were openly bickering with each other. I ended up getting my alignment and 30k service but no tires cause of the price. I went to a Dunn Tire a few days later for tires and was told that my alignment was still very off and showed me the report and so I had to pay ANOTHER 200$. Buy tires anywhere else.
Today was my 4th appointment to see my car and they told me to come back Wednesday. The customer service is poor and not emphatic at all. Poor communication ,not caring and playing with customers time!
