Don’t bother coming here. Input all the notes previous to my appointment that took a while to get all the details in, only to come in to an older man in the front to ignore all of them and when confronted him about it, his excuse was “these are too small for me to see”. … Then why allow customers to input these? Can you not see what’s on a computer screen? Genuinely concerning and the assistant behind the desk looked like he could care less about being there, let alone service your car well. The service was good however they sent a link to my phone so if I needed anything we could communicate through this link and my question was never answered.
Transittown KIA always is wonderful from their sales department to the service department. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The service department explains everything thoroughly. I am very satisfied with Transittown KIA.
Really zero stars! The worst! Listen to all the other reviews. Not only did they not fix my vehicle they cracked my windshield. They asked me to come in so they can see it and I brought it in for them to tell me they’re not paying for it. The service manager Maria said they never drove my car even though they told me they drove it 23 miles. Maria said those are stone chips. I said yes form whoever drove my car at the shop. I said check your cameras from inside the shop bc whoever did it tried to fix it with some sort of glue... read more
