This place is a joke. They never ever answer their phones nor do they return any calls. You can call anytime of the day and it won’t matter they won’t answer. I don’t know how they have any patients. But what they need go do is learn how to answer and return calls.

Such a disgusting program, don’t ever go here for IOP. One of the counselor’s (Melinda) has a horrible tone for no reason, and she has no clue what she’s talking about, she acts like she can read people and she really can’t. She also likes to have 1on1’s where she brings the supervisor (Marylee) to sit in and toe tag you, and bash you about the smallest things. Have been sober 4 years now. Thank you transitions. This treatment facility is the reason I am where I am today.
