Company was out two months ago and charged me 500 to fix a loose wire. Elevator worked three times and now they want me to pay AGAIN. Very disappointed

We spent around $30,000 on an elevator in our home for my disabled mother. We have had the elevator for one year exactly, in fact, we just had our first annual maintenance inspection. They were here around 1 and 1/2 hours and the service was $255, which was reasonable and we were happy to pay it. Three days later, we had a power outage which caused the elevator not to work. Anthony and the entire team at Transitions lift and elevator are excellent to work with. We needed an elevator for folks with mobility issues for a large rehab we did with four levels. Their team helped custom design and spec out the shaft and work with our carpenters to build it. Also, Anthony didn’t try to sell me the most expensive option. I had my Bruno Chair Lift installed 4 years ago. Let me tell you it has worked wonderful. After investigating a few others and talking with relatives who had purchased other name brands I found Bruno to be the best of all of them, A+ top of the line and far Superior in every way.
