Jason was wonderful Great man to have
Had a Bruno chair lift installed by Transitions lift & elevator of Louisville Ky September of 2025 and it started showing metal shavings coming out of the track. Transitions had a Tech out within a few days and the Tech Scott B found a defective idler wheel bearing. Scott called Bruno direct and they authorized all repairs including parts and labor. It is so refreshing to find a company and product that exhibits outstanding customer service. Thanks to all . Dane Smith Lanesville Indiana.
Technician was knowledgeable, respectful, and kind
Very professional team that came to the house to measure and evaluate my husband's needs for a stairlift. Even though we didn't have them install our chairlift (we obtained one through the Veteran's Administration), they assisted us in answering questions and providing recommendations.
Professional uninstall of stair life when sold the home. He was in uniform, polite, quick and professional. The administrative service personal (Dee) is professional, goes out of her way if needed to find out questions and relay questions to departments that actually help make things better. Truly a company that exhibits customer service not just advertise that they give it.It was a pleasure to do business with them.
