Dee was not helpful at all on an issue I had with billing, and we will not be using this company again. Their contractor gave me one price, stating that this include that very large trip fee. (we spent almost $300 just on the on the trip fee). Come to find out, this is NOT include in the total price of the repair as originally stated on the phone. Shout out to Chris! We have a very old Stannah brand chair lift. I called 5 or 6 different companies around the city, even the company Stannah said to call and nobody would come out to fix it, except for transitions lift + elevator! Turns out all that was wrong was the emergency brake had engaged, due to low batteries. Chris was very nice and called someone at Stannah and together they figured it out!
