I tried to stay for alcohol and rehab staff was ok others was fine but the showers rooms shared honestly it felt like jail the staff was ok other people was ok but I just think sun behavior is way better i just seen reviews on Transactions I stayed 2 days got home today the food was horrible they take smoke break or TV I don't think it's a safe place honestly in the reviews it says they just want money so no I'm good ill do this on my own this place was terrible this place was worse than sun behavior.... this place is horrib... read more
I should have paid attention to the reviews. These people are telling the truth. They told me I couldn’t have 90% of my meds, told me I could leave whenever I want but then she says they make it very very hard for you to leave. Then she tells me I can’t use the phone for two weeks and made me sign up for foodstamps. So they could “feed me” I said I’ve changed my mind I don't want to stay. Once they let me leave. 1star only because has to give anything to comment. My opinion do not I repeat do not go to this scam of a place if your seeking actual help. They tell you 45 days but when that is up they ship you across the street to grateful life to do another 6 months to a year so they can get more insurance and food stamps. Also, the staff is disrespectful along with it a filthy mental health breakdown of anything but positive environment. Not forget to mentions judges own these facilities! What a joke!
I personally was never here, however my daughter was a client here. She met with her therapist only twice (so there was never a relationship built), never got a family meeting and was pulled to the side and was told her “recommendation” was Brighton. A 6-9 month in patient program. She has a daughter to care for and a life to get back to, she politely declined the offer and they made her leave. For your own sake, I hope and pray when you read the reviews on this place, don't do what I did and just brush them off as addicts who just aren't taking accountability. This place really just don't care. The big girl with the big chest and loud voice and even louder horrendous laugh, that runs it, is the worst 1 of all, she's is more interested with flirting with the guys working there(whom most are in sober living themselves) than she is interested in helping people get through recovery.
