I don't even want to give it one star! My dad was admitted and 4 days later he was in the hospital because his sugar was through the roof and his heart rate was high. The only way that could have happened is if he did not receive his meds or insulin in the 4 days he was there! That is complete negligence and incompetence on their part! Do NOT send your loved one here!
This facility is so unprofessional. They do not follow rules or procedures. They make their own rules up as they go along . They let employees who steal narcotics work there and tolerate poor behavior such as lazy aides/nurses . Poor care is given to the residents. It’s very shameful what they tolerate there . They do not care about their employees , the owners are a joke. It’s poorly ran, almost like a circus . The state spends so much time there you would almost think they were house staff working there .
My mother was here for some short term rehab and got excellent rehab and also great nursing care.
