I wouldn't even give this place one star. This place should be shut down. It is Disgusting. It smells bad, the food is always cold, and they do not take care of your loved ones. I will not put all of what happened on here for it is way to long of a story. But I will say this my mother went in for Rehabilitation on her leg and the out was horrible. My mother was here for some short term rehab and got excellent rehab and also great nursing care. The ADON, who is now acting DON, Joe, is wonderful with the residents and quick to address any concerns.

Nobody answers the phone for a long time or never, and when they do you are connected to the other ward. One day last week a patient had the portable phone, and would not give it back , and I kept trying to get a hold of my sister for 2 hours, never got through,and when I told them they just ignored me. I left messages for the Social worker, and Head nurse to call me, they never do. The food they serve looks disgusting, and when I visited my sister, she had a dirty shirt on.

Facility smells awful. Had to wash his clothes three times to get the smell out when he got home. They do not respect people's HIPAA or their privacy. JB the acting DON told all my family members business to his significant other. Which was repeated back to me in my place of work creating a hostile work environment. When my family member called him out on violating his rights his response was "right rights" like he had none. This facility is very dirty! You can tell that it's simply unkept, and it's extremely unsanitary! It smells something awful! Urine and bm is the air you breathe there! We brought our loved one in today & thankfully he has been moved. This is also a VA approved facility. They also packed up my Fathers belongings & We did not get back over 1/2 the stuff i brought there myself. Ive called numerious times & left messages with no return phone call.
