This facility is very dirty! You can tell that it's simply unkept, and it's extremely unsanitary! It smells something awful! Urine and bm is the air you breathe there! We brought our loved one in today & thankfully he has been moved. This is also a VA approved facility. They also packed up my Fathers belongings & We did not get back over 1/2 the stuff i brought there myself. Ive called numerious times & left messages with no return phone call. It takes them forever to answer the phone at the front desk. Then you go through the same thing when they transfer you to the nurses station.

This facility is very dirty! You can tell that it's simply unkept, and it's extremely unsanitary! It smells something awful! Urine and bm is the air you breathe there! We brought our loved one in today, sent from the hospital, for short term rehabilitation. There's no side rails on the beds, and he would surely fall out of bed without those in place, as he's a roller! His tv was broken, so he had nothing to watch. Danielle is extremely mean. She is rude to patients. She talks about doing drugs all the time. Unbelievable!!
