I left two wigs with Gia. I was surprised that I only had to explain what I wanted without trying on wig for her to see. She's the best. I came back, picked up the wigs, tried them on and they were both exactly what I explained to her that I needed. A pleasurable experience and I will be going back again, just bought a new wig and it needs work. I also watched her put extensions in my friends hair and the process was quite interesting and the result was gorgeous. Thank you Gia

After purchasing my own piece, the hair stylist-who was overbooked-made the piece too small, so that the hairline wasn't connected to my head. At first I was offered a refund and then decided to reschedule my appointment for a do-over. After being unable to make my rescheduled appointment due to personal reasons, I was told I would have to pay a late fee and also pay for the entire service. I’ve been going to Transitions since I moved to the area 5 years ago. I would never go anywhere else. Gianna does a fantastic job my long hair. Hannah, their manicurist, loves to do women’s nails. I’ve been going to her since she started there. She does an amazing job.
