Please do not go to this salon. My experience with them has been beyond negative. Kym, the 'owner', has absolutely no idea about this industry, yet she is the lead consultant for new customers. Their 'senior' stylist doesn't listen properly and makes decisions based on her own interpretation. They accused me of lying about the style pictures I showed them, claimed that the warranty for the unit was passed, and the owner, Kym, always has an excuse as to why she doesn't make contact.
