How rude exclamation point I just got off the phone with the receptionist representative whatever you want to call her the one who answered my call and she was so rude! All I did was call to get some information to move back home and to get a peer support / adult day service for people with intellectual disabilities. My Son has been going to this day program for over 2 years now. I've been extremely happy with the staff and facility. They seem to care and communication is good.
I don’t know how a business doesn’t check their messages, but if you leave a message, they will not get it and will tell you way later that they don’t check messages. If you work there, they won’t inform you of important “nuances” such as this. They’ll just wait until you have an emergency and shaft you. Not sure how regulated they are either.
