I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside Jamie, one of the head nurses at Transitions at Home, as well as another nurse named Jamie, in a couple of homes. Both have been compassionate, responsive, and incredibly dedicated to their clients. I’ve seen firsthand the way they show up for the people they care for, often at a moment’s notice. Amy, Bre, and Anita has been working with my client J.M now for a couple of weeks and the progress she has shown in these weeks have been amazing. I have seen clients that have not been able to do half the work she has done in months of therapy. I as her caregiver want to thank these ladies for all there hard work. I would like to thank transitions, home therapy for the great care that I received 4PT therapy and occupational therapy. I would also like to thank Brianna, Bri. Amy and Dan for the great care that I received I really kept going forward. With my health with the exercises that they instructed me to do without much pain. My therapy was very successful. Anybody that needs home healthcare should not hesitate to use transitions at home further needs. Thank you very much, transitions.
My family and I appreciate all the hard work from Transtions' staff. I don't know what we would have done without them. Both the OT and Rehab staff have been wonderful and VERY understanding about everything we faced.
