After I had surgery to remove a bone spur on my right heel last year in December, it took about a month for me to get set up with Transitions At Home. They have been great with me with everything. Definitely recommend if you need at home therapy. The therapists ( OT AND PT ) were great.
The nurses, OT and PT clinicians are a huge help to me. I look forward to their visits. Every week they help me in ways my doctor can't. Highly recommend them.
They are great, Explains why,and what’s going on. Very nice as well.
Cheryl is an amazing person,always listens to you and is always friendly and outgoing. Shs has amazing people skills to.
