If I could gives this agency zero stars I would I was a client in there homeless housing program and let me tell you it was the most horrible experience I've had Mrs dawn was my worker and on multiple Occasions she's has become very disrespectful towards me and they moved me into there emergency apartment in Hazelwood that building is not up to fire health ADA or safety code there were rodents in my apartment and the fire Extinguisher was expired the back porch is unstable I would never recommend this program to anyone this ... read more

Certain staff and supervisory personnel provide excellent client care and demonstrate genuine concern (all stars for those four individuals), but the majority do not. Among the latter are those unprofessional, calloused, or both. TSI's hiring and other practices and policies adversely affecting its resident clientele need to be investigated and revamped.
