I had a terrible experience with this program for two years. I lived in squalor with drain flies, mice fruit flies, and a stalker next-door that would not leave me alone. Caseworkers did not care that I was in danger to the point where I had to move out of the program. There was no insulation in the house and they took my space heater. I Would give zero stars but you only have as low as one 5-28-2024 called these people to get help it was about 10:30 10:45 am in the morning it goes straight to a machine not a vary good way to help people with needs of service see how fast you respond to your business being be told to the public how you do things
They help those in need, even though I've needed help for over 3 years, bit didn't rank high enough. If I was homeless and had a vigina I believe I'd of been helped over 2 years ago.
