Terrible excuse for a healthcare facility.
I previously wrote a good review and a bad review of this place.... That is because this is such a difficult place to be in life dealing with a loved one that needs such care.... Feel a little guilt about the one experience I had that was bad.... Looking back... It wasn't that bad.... This is just difficult..... And covid hasn't been helping.... The majority of staff Care for your loved ones
Terrible excuse for a healthcare facility. Do not send your loved ones here if you care about them at all. They abuse the hospital system.
Previously wrote a positive review to try and help this place out... BC I am a positive person... I also volunteered to clean up their landscaping ((Junk Trees and weeds and garbage surrounding the property....in the place where they let you visit your loved one.)).... The majority of staff are unprofessional ...not very courteous .... The place looks visibly dirty ... a lot of the staff spending time socializing with other staff... meanwhile there are crazy people that look unclean and uncared for all over the place... I honestly believe this place is under New Management.... My godmother have been here for over 3 months... Previously she was at two nursing homes in Ann Arbor..... And in University of Michigan hospital.... She looked haggardly after being at the hospital for a few weeks.... But only a few days after staying at this place... She started looking better....
