My dad was in their care and I was in charge of making health decisions after leaving countless voice messages to call me with an update they allowed his ex wife to con him in to marrying her and taking me off the list how much did she pay off the social workers to let this occur I want to make it clear if you have a family stay clear of this horrible facility don't trust a thing they say!
Most of the nurses were very, very kind. One nurse ruined it for the rest of them in terms of ratings... Unempathetic. Would not recommend this place simply due to her actions. All of the other nurses and staff were incredible during the stay. However they are severely understaffed. The lady at the reception desk who answers patient's room calls is also rude and snarky.
We highly recommend MorningView Transitional Care Center when you are searching for a facility to care for a loved one. You walk in the front door and are greeted by Jama, who will put a smile on your face every time you see her. The facility is clean, nicely decorated, and does not smell of disinfectant or waste. We did not meet a single employee, from the custodial staff to the administrative staff, that did not seem to love their job.
