This is a beautiful facility and wonderful staff..They do seem under staffed which delays things for patients and the cnas seem overworked..they seem to hang in there with a smile and that meant a lot to me. They were courteous and friendly to my visitors.My only complaint was i had a denture sore and the nurse practioner said she would order oragel and it didnt happen so they changed my diet to mech and they made sure there was at least something on the tray that was soft. Vanessa Dennison and her team are the best
My dad was in their care and I was in charge of making health decisions after leaving countless voice messages to call me with an update they allowed his ex wife to con him in to marrying her and taking me off the list how much did she pay off the social workers to let this occur I want to make it clear if you have a family stay clear of this horrible facility don't trust a thing they say!
Most of the nurses were very, very kind. One nurse ruined it for the rest of them in terms of ratings... Unempathetic. Would not recommend this place simply due to her actions. All of the other nurses and staff were incredible during the stay. However they are severely understaffed. The lady at the reception desk who answers patient's room calls is also rude and snarky.
