Recently, my uncle came to TCC at Morning View for almost two weeks. His experience was wonderful. The attentive care he received coupled with the physical therapy they offered him was exceptional. He went there after sustaining serious fall that required surgery, and he was home in under two weeks. My family is very grateful for this top notch facility.
Our experience was brief but long enough warrant a very poor rating. Communication with the family poor. You atvleast owed us a phone call Joey. That's all we asked for.
I just discharged from Transitional Care Center. I had a wonderful experience. The nurses took great care of me and were all so very friendly and respectful. The therapy was excellent and they were very patient with me as I reached my goals so I could come back home safely. The housekeeper that cleaned my room was always so nice. And the food was very good also. if I ever need rehab again I will definitely come back here. Thank you to all the staff!
Transitional Care Center was the absolute best choice for me. When I first arrived, I needed help to even move. Within 3 weeks, they had me walking and ready to go home. The wound care nurse, Joy, is amazing. I had 2 inches of bone showing on a wound and within the same 3 weeks, it was down to pea size. 99% of the nurses and CNA's were wonderful, caring, and friendly. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is because there were times that I had to wait up to an hour after they were due to get my meds, and they ran out... read more
