All the knowledge and equipment of a gym but in a much smaller, friendly and personal setting. Really enjoy my sessions at Transition Zone.
really nasty front of house staff. I arrived 10 minutes late to a sound bath which admittedly was wrong. but they could’ve politely explained that I can’t come in. it was my first time visiting the place and struggled to find it. As soon as I came in the front of house lady was very rude + asked me why I was late (which is not any of her business). she was very angry. So I just walked out because i’ve never been met with such hostility. don’t bother!
A fantastic place for a workout. I almost joined a year ago, but was put off by a negative review I saw here - very much regret that decision now. I’ve been coming to the boxing classes since I joined around 6 weeks ago and love it. Good mix of technique, cardio, and fun. Have had great classes with all the boxing instructors (Adam, Vesna, Oli, Alfonso), who all bring different styles to their sessions.
