We bought a Hewitt Lift from Nate at TWS. The experience couldn't have been better. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They delivered it and the install went smoothly and was done on time in a professional manner. They showed us how to use it and answered our questions. This was a very positive experience! We are new to boating and the Hewitt Lift is very easy to use even in the roughest water. We love it! Thank you TWS!!! I would buy our next boat or any accessories at TWS!
Absolutely the worst ran business ever been to. Rude, obnoxious kids who obviously have no desire to satisfy customers unless you have HUGE pockets. Won t stand behind work!!!! Had a death in family that prevented us picking up jetskiies after work was done. When went to pick up week after funeral and paid huge bill, took to lake and didn t start. One had started easily when we dropped them off. These IRS basically said f you, we are at a wake boarding competition and can t be bothered. Today, again tried to get them to talk... read more
