In regards to Broadway Mannor: Very bad. My grandma was there not even a week. She was attacked by tenets. The Matt employee guy pushed her. They kept her glasses and her teeth and she was starving from not being able to eat. AND they threw away her 750$ lift chair. She was there ONE WEEK! If you have a soul at all your would not send your loved one there. If you know anyone staying there I advise you to check on them as soon as possible and even consider hiring a lawyer.
