They are never on time. Constant excuses, skip over your address and other neighbors of mine, no credits for skipping you.Unprofessional service, unkind and poor customer service, WCA was always good, kind, on time, when Bloomfield had them on contract these issues weren't happening. I wish Transit waste would step up their game, and actually care about their customers and the service they provide. Unhappy customer. I pay monthly for a service I'm rarely receiving, its very upsetting .
If I could give a negative star I would, worst service ever they never pick up trash on time, and you call and can never speak to anyone.
Negative Stars! This is the same company as WCA just under a different name to mislead people and give people the run-around. Deceitful, unethical and incredibly poor at customer service. Even calling them for a quote will get you hooked for someone else's bill.
Reliable, reasonable rates, friendly/helpful staff! LOCAL company!!!
