Great Moving Company But Takes a While I appreciated the quick responses to my inquiries and the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone I spoke with. The deliverymen were very good - professional and efficient. My only problem was that there were about 3 weeks when no one could tell me where my mattresses were or give me a delivery date. I finally got delivery about a month late. However, the mattress was in good shape and I realize everyone was trying their best.

Good Service from TSI Good service from TSI. However YRC called me the afternoon it was suppose to ship and told me they didn't have any room on their truck and asked if they could pick it up the next day... I had taken that afternoon off so I said no and they need to pick it up. I told them just stop over.. we'll find room in the truck as the shipment had to go.. had a deadline, etc.. driver showed up (Driver very friendly.. have had him a few times) only room was way up high on top of everything and this was a 6ft x 3ft ve... read more

Details Explained Very Well All the details were explained to me and were also contained in the documents sent. When the mover picked up the piece, he patiently explained the process to me so the time frame was right on. He also told me he would let the storage facility know why he had wrapped the piece upside down and make sure they would keep shipping it to protect the legs.
