My son has weekly pickups. This service is very reliable for weekly pickups. Sometimes they have delays due to traffic, other pickups etc., but they are consistently reliable. They call the night before and before the pickup the next day to confirm. Update from my earlier review from a month ago. Today my son had a morning pick up but the driver was late due to their system being down, where the drivers don't know who they are picking up. This is unacceptable. They need a back up plan. They always have me late going to my appointment talk to ppl any kind of way I been cussed out by black man before when I was pregnant threatening to write but yelling and screaming and the operators are rude the other day I was with my baby and she twll what it says in my notes why dp not follow directions very well at all she told she's getting frustrated and hung up in my face she heard and the background upset and she didn't care what I was trying to tell her

Horrible, I am stranded. They lied up to "CLOSING" TIME, driver came and poked me in my back, hard startled me. It is truly sad how certain people like myself are mistreated. 🫣
