I use to love the on time service. However the dispatchers are rude and I'm never picked up at the right time is always late. Even after my surgery driver hit every pothole in the city. I'm on scheduled meds and it's a shame I have to wait an extra hour because my ride is late & or I was lied to about my pickup time.
