3/25/2025 update ** I received a call from upper management asking me to remove my 1 star and please come back. I stated this all could have been avoided had your staff rescheduled my appointment until they learned how to resolve my insurance issue on their computer. I advised Lourdes needed more coaching on how to do her job. You don’t scold a parent in front of a child for driving over an hour in the heavy rain cancelling the appointment as I arrive to be at the scheduled appointment after 7 calls over three days prior to ... read more
I just finished 16 sessions in 8 weeks this place was outstanding I had Jordan for most of my sessions he was excellent and the others that worked with me did a great job too from the front desk on I highly recommend this place
How do I begin! I have been having my physical therapy here for 6 years now. They have become my extended family! I started when Michael opened these doors down the hall. Luis was expecting his first child. The whole group of techs are soooo awesome. Any issue I have with this body, I make sure my Dr. refers me here! I would name them all but I have my special ones. Ms Diane, Ms Jasmine, Jacob, Gabe, Jesus,Jordan, Johanes, Eric, Kurt, Chelsea, and Lindy. I love you all! Thank you, and continue to grow!
I am currently receiving treatment at Transit Physical Therapy, and my experience has been excellent so far. I started therapy not too long ago and from my very first visit, I felt confident in the care I was receiving. My almost 4 year old son has sensory issues, hemiplegic cerebral palsy, and other diagnosis'. We went here for OT specializing in food sensory. We've attended 2 sessions so far, but one of those was the evaluation. I believe the therapist's name was Max and he is GREAT! I hope we get him everytime. He was so great with my boy. He's already gotten him to put cut up strawberries, blueberries, and I think maybe a piece of banana too. My boy didn't chew them, but it's baby steps. I'm desperate at this point.
