We took metro transit everyday for 2 weeks while visiting family. 80% of the bus drivers had trouble adding a 2nd rider to my Go To metro transit pass. I guess they didn't expect to be using computers as a bus driver, but perhaps basic tech training should be part of the bus driver training program. Or at least make the tech they're using on the bus more simplified and user friendly for them so that it's easy for them to do it without always looking so confused and scared to touch the screen lol.
