After a recommendation from a local Caravan shop, and seeing the google reviews we decided to give Ian and his crew a shot after having driven from Adelaide to find our ac in the caravan had carked it. Ian went above and beyond squeezing us in, true blue Aussie customer service! Highly recommend going to these guys before even a thought of going somewhere else. Holiday saved!
Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Ian on the telephone regarding my Dometic airconditioning unit not working in my caravan. Ian explained to me that he was over extended with his current workload and would call me back HOWEVER he took the time in his very busy day to ask me a couple of questions and gave me a couple of checks to perform and BINGO on came my airconditioning unit. So, HUGE HUGE thankyou Ian, old fashioned service, it was so very much appreciated

Ian and Tina were absolutely amazing , Ian was extremely helpful and replaced my air-conditioning in my motorhome straight away. Call Transit cool for any air-con or refrigeration needs, you won’t regret it . I thank you so much for everything you did to get me cool again in the hottest time of the year.
