Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Ian on the telephone regarding my Dometic airconditioning unit not working in my caravan. Ian explained to me that he was over extended with his current workload and would call me back HOWEVER he took the time in his very busy day to ask me a couple of questions and gave me a couple of checks to perform and BINGO on came my airconditioning unit. So, HUGE HUGE thankyou Ian, old fashioned service, it was so very much appreciated

Ian and Tina were absolutely amazing , Ian was extremely helpful and replaced my air-conditioning in my motorhome straight away. I can’t highly enough of Ian & staff , We rang ahead, and Ian fit us in immediately to swap out our 3Way Thetford fridge for a new compressor fridge immediately,! And Ian did a fantastic job ! I’m so happy
