Scam!!!! This parking is a scam and the guy in parking office of Smart VMc in the building named Noah is a piece of art! They let you in without ticket saying they don’t have it in machine and then within two hours ask you to pay for lost ticket which is way beyond what actually should be charged!! I am escalating this to Smart vmc and want them to take action against these guys here!

The worst experience with the mail box in my life. No one from the management or the security helps me with the mail. I told them multiple times that my keys don't go into the mailbox, let me know when the mail delivery guy is here but no one bothers to even help. They just don't care. It has been a week since I'm contacting the security, management, post Canada, but no one bothers to help me. The landlord is very nice person by the way but the management is very poor. For the last couple months there’s only 2 elevators in service and always at least 15-20 minutes wait time for elevators, this is unacceptable for a condominium with 63 floors. I can’t believe how the management be so nonchalant about this issue that is clearly impacting so many residents’ quality of life. Urgent need to be taken at this place

Only half of the elevators here actually work. The other two have been “under maintenance” for what feels like forever. Waiting for an elevator can easily take ten minutes, and when it finally comes, it’s packed. People rarely make space, so you end up waiting again.
