The worst experience with the mail box in my life. No one from the management or the security helps me with the mail. I told them multiple times that my keys don't go into the mailbox, let me know when the mail delivery guy is here but no one bothers to even help. They just don't care. It has been a week since I'm contacting the security, management, post Canada, but no one bothers to help me. The landlord is very nice person by the way but the management is very poor. For the last couple months there’s only 2 elevators in service and always at least 15-20 minutes wait time for elevators, this is unacceptable for a condominium with 63 floors. I can’t believe how the management be so nonchalant about this issue that is clearly impacting so many residents’ quality of life. Urgent need to be taken at this place

Only half of the elevators here actually work. The other two have been “under maintenance” for what feels like forever. Waiting for an elevator can easily take ten minutes, and when it finally comes, it’s packed. People rarely make space, so you end up waiting again.

Is it really that hard to keep water running in a building? And what kind of fire alarm inspection would last for an entire month with the fire alarm go off every 30 seconds throughout the entire day starting from early morning? People need to work from home these days for christ sake. Also, I swear that elevator doesn't work for most of the time during the year and everyone has to line up for elevators for at least 15 minutes.
