I’ve been living in this building for 4 Months now. Before moving into this building, I did see the reviews and issues stated by previous residents & I thought, hey maybe they improved but I guess I was wrong. Since I moved in: the Elevators are always out of service. ALWAYS. I live on 40th floor and my lord it’s hard going down and up. It atleast takes an hour by the elevator. Unfortunately, my experience living in this building has been very disappointing. The elevators are constantly breaking down, and the building can be quite noisy and have unpleasant smells in common areas. The concierge service is also a major concern. The staff are often unhelpful and do not seem willing to assist residents when issues arise. Especially the older gentleman who works in the mornings, who I believe may be the supervisor.
