I have been living in this building since 2023, and while many of the issues residents mention are accurate, the most frustrating problem for me has been the elevator access policy and the way it is enforced. Residents are being charged $20 to access their own floor if they do not have their fob. This policy creates serious difficulties, especially when guests are involved. Decent amenities and living quality, but lack of parking garage traffic accountability and elevator maintenance makes me nervous. Need to put signs in the parking garage to encourage drivers to stay on the right side of the road (apparently necessary), and elevators break routinely - last night with people/a minor stuck inside for 40+ minutes.
This condo is an absolute joke. Management is completely useless — every time you bring up a problem, they give you attitude and throw out the same excuse: “this is my job.” Yeah, we know, but maybe actually do it properly for once? The elevators are broken half the time, but instead of fixing something important, they let security run around acting like prison guards.
