The positives—our driver (cannot remember his name—30’s-ish black gentleman) did an excellent job. Felt safe, friendly, safe driver, efficient, cheap fare. Hence the 5-star rating. The not-so-good—the mapping, the stops, the signage—not clear especially for visitors or first-timers. It’s a little intimidating to understand and figure out.
I just want to give a big shout-out to the driver of Bus 728 — what an outstanding guy! He was super nice, extremely helpful, and showed a level of respect and kindness to every single passenger that truly stood out. It’s rare to see someone who genuinely wants to help everyone and make their ride a great experience, but this driver absolutely nailed it. Couldn't have been happier with the service. NKY Transit, you’ve got a gem of an employee on your hands!
