Tasha, never in my life have i had someone be so empathetic about the survey bind i was in. These guys are amazing!! I started doing business with them back when COVID first hit. No one in the State of Florida had the part necessary to repair my equipment because of COVID. The parts are made in China, and China had all but shut down. I drove from Jacksonville, FL to Charlotte NC so I could get my instrument fixed, and they made it happen. Fixed it only a few hours after I brought it to them. Ever since then, I have used them to do all of my repairs and maintenance. I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.
