Incredibly rude customer service. Purchased some parts and was treated like I owed them money. The parts were not comparable in quality to the OEM.
This is an important car parts company and don't deal with the public. Go through Burson or Supercheap to purchase any of the car products.
I cannot thank Jess enough for her outstanding customer service. I have dealt with Transgold for a number of years and truly believe Jess is an absolute asset to Transgold. Always goes above and beyond with a smile. Definitely deserves a pay increase.
