Worst experience in pandemic no one wears a mask no one cares about the 6ft distance. A judgeamental environment not for those happy go lucky people. Not a well made environment for someone starting their day like me I was used for 2 days and they let me go without a reason. Why ? Do you hire someone on the spot just to let them go. Rude much ? They offered very good rate at first, so I decided to refi with them. After charging me about $500 for appraisal fee, they did not move on and ignored me for 3 months. I had to loss $500 to re-apply with Chase and refinanced successfully with Chase with the same good rate.
