0 stars – if that was an option. This building company is a complete scam. They lure you in , then hit you with hidden fees that were never clearly explained. No transparency, no honesty. The house they built has major building defects — poor workmanship, obvious faults, and issues that should never pass basic standards. My partner's family rendering business has worked for Mark at Transformer homes for about 2 to 2.5 years now. Mark has gone above and beyond to look after them, ensuring that they are paid and have steady work. He communicates well with them and is open, it's not very often these days that builders take care of their trades but Mark definitely does. He cares about his business, the quality of the builds, and his trades men/women. If you want a business with integrity, Transformer homes is it.

So far we’re happy with the quality of the house built by Transformer Homes. However, communication and updates throughout the process have been slower than expected, requiring frequent follow-ups. We are still addressing some maintenance issues with them. I plan to share a more detailed review of our experience with Transformer Homes on various platforms in the future.

We're still working with them to resolve the internet connection issue they assured us would be fixed promptly.
