This company is a service joke. There is no service. I have an oven to repair with a protection contract. So far I have waited on 3 different days from 8am to 5pm, no one shows up. The next day I get a call saying I need to reschedule. No one bothers to call and say they aren't going to make it. I'm reporting a case to the FTC as they deal with consumer protection. Based on some of these reviews, we need protection. PS you must give at least one star-how about that!!!
This company is a scam and fraud. I had Sears do a cleaning of 5 appliances (a special they offer online) 8 moths ago. I did not know this was Sear's parent company. I paid on the spot, have a receipt and the charge is on my credit card. They have been contacting me for months saying I did not paid. Every time I call Sears they see the payment no problem but Transformoco doesn't see it. They want me to send over my bank information even though I sent a receipt and will not talk to you on the phone. If I could give a 0 star r... read more
This place doesn't value their employees, and it exudes a lack of integrity or cogent thinking or planning on any level. I loved working here but the managers/ownership are so inept and lack any concern for their employees at all this is the type of place that put everything even safety over the health and wellness of their employees.
This is the company that literally destroyed Sears. I'm not kidding, just take a look across the street and then try telling me that's an "improvement."
