Been here three times in the past twelve months and every time it goes smoothly. You fill in a form for each person getting tested, no ID or payment necessary. You wait for your turn. When you arrive at the front someone grabs the form and administers the test thru the window. I went at 4pm on a weekday and I waited 5 minutes in line. People are nice but not very communicative- I think by now they expect everyone to know the drill.
