They have the worst process for scheduling ever.
Slow and inefficient process. Long line, even if registered online still have to fill in the paper form. The technicians don't go in the nostril far.
irresponsible company, I scheduled the appointment, I missed my job to get there in Brockton, the site was closed, what is the appointment for? I wasted time and money. shame
