Not a great experience in the two sessions I had. The therapist pushed and projected her own perspective to the point of extremity and offensiveness, and applied very generic comments before having really listened to me or gotten to know my background. She spoke for over 15 minutes straight in the second session. Therapy should be about taking the time to listen to the patient rather than applying generic theories. Prepare for an amazing new view on life, because that's what you're going to get when you meet this wonderful therapist!
My therapist there is great. She quickly helped me find new ways to cope with my family's continued bullsh*t , and help me overcome my chronic depression / anxiety. I still go here - it's a good place.
