10/10 all the way!! The way Gerry will sit there and listen is amazing! He offers so much support and many amazing ideas! Id recommend him without a doubt.
I cannot recommend Gerry enough. I have had a few great therapists in my life, but the work that I have done with Gerry is next level. His compassion, empathy, and encouragement has helped me to become more in touch with myself and what I am experiencing. 2024 was the first time in 25+ years that I have not had a bout of depression and anxiety. I am so grateful for all the guidance that I have received.
I've been to several therapist over the past few years trying to find the right fit. Gerry is the first therapist I have worked with that I feel like I am getting somewhere. His emotion focused approach has been helping me learn to get out of my head and into my body, which is hard work, but feels like the right path. If you're looking for a great therapist, I would definitely recommend Gerry!
